The company is one of the country' leaders in, and promoters of, the Project Management and is Russia's first PMI Global Registered Education Provider (first registered in 2002).

PM Expert, the leading Russian company in the field of project management, renders professional services related to project, program, and portfolio management in the following three areas: outsourcing (managing the customer’s projects externally), consulting (implementing project management in the customer’s company), and training (classroom-based and distance learning courses in project management).

PM Expert was the first company to introduce the service of project management outsourcing in the Russian market.
