PM Training

PM Expert educational programs are executed in two major formats – open (public) trainings and corporate trainings delivered in Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Ekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Kiev, and other major locations in Russia and CIS through the established network of partner organizations.

All programs are PMI PMBOK 2008 compliant and all participants receive Professional Development Units (PDU) – used for PMP certification and re-certification – for each training. The line of courses has been extended with joint courses with PM College and Carnegie Mellon Heinz School of Management. Applied training programs are now complemented with PM simulation games ‘Cayenne’ (Celemi), ‘Challenge of Egypt’ (GamingWorks BV), 'Ultimate Route' (PM Learning) and 'Portfolio Power'.

Professional PM training efforts and services of PM Expert resulted in:

More than 25,000 attendees since 2002;
Demand for PM training programs showed stable annul growth of 25%, including trainings in major cities outside Moscow;
Average open PM training participants – project managers, business unit managers, top managers, directly influencing business-critical decisions;
Average corporate PM training participants – business unit managers, project & program managers, senior experts from Russian and multinational “blue chips” and industries leaders;
Current ratio of open (public) to corporate courses is about 3:1.
