PM Expert presents a line of unique project management courses, which are delivered by one of the US leading training companies, have no analogues in Russia, and were developed based on world project management standards and foreign companies’ best practices.

The courses provided by PM College (PM Solution’s training branch) and PM Expert within their exclusive partnership in Russia allow the participants to acquire state-of-the-art project management skills during the classes delivered by PM College’s experienced practicing trainers.
The courses provided by PM College and PM Expert are a joint methodological development of PM College and Carnegie Mellon University. They:

• focus on specific project management areas that become top priorities when a company implements complex project solutions;
• provide skills to manage critical project success factors and the principles for taking into account specific risks and features of each of the projects underway.

The courses are intended for top managers: presidents, general directors, vice-presidents, and deputy directors in charge of planning, project development, and business development as well as heads of key department. Having completed the courses the participants receive a joint certificate signed by PM College, PM Expert, and the Heinz School of Carnegie Mellon University and a fixed number PDUs (Professional Development Units) toward the contact hours required to sit for the PMP® exam.
